Job summary

Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing Executive (F&B Marketing) to plan and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives across our award-winning restaurants, bars, and dining concepts. You will help craft compelling campaigns, align content with brand standards, and drive guest engagement across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent copywriting abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for restaurants, bars, festive promotions, and special events.
• Develop marketing calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities.
• Coordinate creative production, including photography, videography, artwork, menus, and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations.
• Create engaging content for press releases, website articles, EDMs, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain accurate content across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media content planning and publishing.
• Support paid digital campaigns alongside agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
