Job Summary

Join Xiu Atelier as an F&B and Boutique Manager and play a key role in delivering a distinctive luxury retail and hospitality experience. This is a hands‑on management position combining F&B operations, barista and mixology duties, boutique sales, team leadership and customer engagement.

The successful candidate must be comfortable preparing and serving beverages while managing daily operations and driving sales. You will lead the team, develop customer relationships and organise commercially effective events, partnerships and private experiences that contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
F&B and Beverage Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the café and beverage service

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages when required

  • Perform barista duties, including coffee preparation, machine operation and basic equipment maintenance

  • Prepare cocktails, mocktails and other speciality beverages as required

  • Develop and improve the beverage menu according to the brand concept and customer preferences

  • Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, taste and consistency

  • Manage the ordering, storage and stock control of beverages, ingredients and F&B supplies

  • Monitor product costs, wastage, portion control and overall profitability

  • Ensure that all food preparation, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are followed

  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate deliveries

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the café, bar, service counter and customer areas

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

Sales and Customer Engagement
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Chief Executive Officer

  • Drive sales through customer events, strategic partnerships and brand collaborations

  • Plan and lead private previews, customer engagement activities and sales campaigns that support revenue growth

  • Set clear sales objectives and expected outcomes for every customer event or campaign

  • Ensure that each activity is supported by an acceptable projected Return on Investment and review its actual results upon completion

  • Measure and report the sales performance and overall effectiveness of customer events and sales activities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while encouraging repeat purchases

  • Develop and manage relationships with important customers and coordinate private appointments

  • Communicate the products’ stories, craftsmanship and brand value effectively

Boutique and Team Management
  • Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure a consistently high standard of presentation and service

  • Lead, train and motivate the F&B and boutique teams

  • Train employees in customer service, product knowledge, beverage preparation and sales techniques

  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations and events

  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including POS and cash‑handling responsibilities

  • Ensure that inventory and stock‑movement records remain complete and accurate

  • Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies

  • Prepare sales, inventory and operational reports for management

  • Provide regular performance updates and recommend practical improvements

  • Support business‑development opportunities and the company’s future expansion

  • Work closely with colleagues and contribute wherever needed to achieve stronger results as a team

  • Represent Xiu Atelier professionally at all times

About You
  • Previous experience in F&B management, café operations, hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role
