Job summary

The One Livehouse Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee livehouse service operations, coordinating service, bar and kitchen teams to maintain high standards.

You will plan staffing, train staff, monitor costs, handle guest feedback and support promotions and events while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to handle complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B service operations
• Manage and supervise service staff and F&B personnel
• Ensure consistent customer service and hospitality standards
• Plan manpower deployment, staff schedules and shift assignments
• Train, coach and monitor staff performance; coordinate with kitchen, bar and operations teams
• Monitor inventory, wastage, stock levels and operational costs
• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards within F&B areas
• Assist with menu, promotion and operational planning
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene and operational requirements
