THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen operations islandwide. The role entails hands-on cooking, adherence to recipes, and ensuring consistent quality across dishes.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree and be eligible to work in Singapore.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the workstation and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required by operations.
