Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a F&B Management Trainee (Hot Kitchen) based in Dempsey, Singapore. The role involves hands-on kitchen work, following recipes, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Working days are six per week with split shifts (3pm–6pm); salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,100 depending on experience. Degree holder with weekend/public holiday availability and at least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.
• At least one year of relevant working experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health / sanitation regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.
