YOUR ROLE

1. Guest Experience & Service

   Welcome and serve guests warmly, professionally and efficiently.

   Present menu items and confidently explain ingredients and preparation methods.

   Attend to guests' needs and ensure a positive dining experience.

   Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally while maintaining high service standards.

   Develop strong product knowledge and deliver consistent service excellence.

2. Restaurant Operations

   Learn and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations.

   Assist with daily opening and closing procedures and ensure all checklists are completed accurately.

   Support the smooth and efficient running of daily outlet operations.

   Maintain outlet standards in service, cleanliness, presentation and operational procedures.

   Identify opportunities and contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

3. Team & Leadership Development

   Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and team coordination.

   Support the implementation of company policies, procedures and operational standards.

   Participate in team briefings, training and staff development activities.

   Learn how to lead, motivate and work effectively with a diverse F&B team.

   Develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills through structured on-the-job training.
