Job summary

QIAOCHU F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile team member to support both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will help maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and food safety while assisting the manager to run smooth, productive shifts.

The role requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, eligibility to work on weekends and public holidays with rotating shifts, and training will be provided to bring you up to speed on our processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays / rotating shifts.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist FOH & BOH operations where required.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent standards.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and strict adherence to food safety regulations.
• Assist Manager in running a smooth, efficient and productive shift.
• Assist Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required for operational needs.
