Job summary

FEI SIONG FASTFOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive F&B Management Trainee to support daily restaurant operations and learn the essentials of management in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves assisting cooks, ensuring quality standards, managing guest queries, cash handling, and mentoring service crews under the guidance of the shift manager. Training will be provided to develop leadership skills and operational know-how.

Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Able work on weekends / public holidays / Rotating Shift.
• Training provided!

Responsibilities

• Assist cook, fry, and prepare menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and keep workstation clean.
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient shift.
• Handle guest queries and feedback.
• Responsible for cash management at the POS.
• Train and supervise service crews to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Scope

• Assist cook, fried, preparation menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all timesMaintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift
• Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks
• Responsible for cash management of the POS
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of excellent guest experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
