Job summary

FEI SIONG FASTFOOD PTE. LTD. invites applications for the F&B Management Trainee role in Singapore. This is a hands-on position supporting kitchen operations and supervising shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent; ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts; training provided. Responsibilities include assisting cooks, maintaining quality and cleanliness, handling POS cash, and mentoring service crews.

• Able to work on weekends/public holidays/rotating shifts.
• Training provided on joining.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook, fry, and prepare menu items per recipes.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness around workstation and abide by health/sanitation regulations.
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift.
• Assist the Manager in handling guests' queries and feedback.
• Responsible for cash management at the POS.
• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews to deliver excellent guest experience.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by operational needs.
