Job summary

MANNA 360 PTE. LTD. is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Food Kiosk Service Crew to join our team in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day kiosk operations.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Food & beverage or customer service experience is an advantage. A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Food Kiosk Service Crew to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Respond to customer enquiries and handle feedback professionally.
• Upsell/Recommend menu items and promotions where appropriate.
• Ensure customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Ensure food presentation and portion sizes meet company standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
• Replenish ingredients and packaging supplies when required.

Kiosk Operations

• Set up the kiosk before opening and perform closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, service area, and storage areas.
• Carry out daily cleaning and sanitising of equipment and work areas.
• Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when stocks are low.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing supplies.
• Follow point-of-sale procedures accurately.
• Support stock-taking and other operational duties as required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Food & beverage or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Possess valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing basic physical duties.
• Good personal hygiene and a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, 6 days work week, Min 44 hours
