Job summary

NEW ASIA LION CITY TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Operations Coordinator to bridge head office and multiple restaurant outlets.

You will conduct visits, audits and follow-ups to ensure SOP compliance, cleanliness, and service standards while coordinating between outlets, Management and Head Office. You will consolidate operational data, prepare reports, and support new initiatives, promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and follow-through to take assigned matters from instruction to completion.
• Comfortable working between Head Office and restaurant outlets; on-ground support is part of the role.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines, reports and follow-ups independently.
• Observant and proactive in identifying operational gaps and following through on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned restaurant outlets and carry out store observations and audits.
• Check service standards, SOP compliance, cleanliness and store readiness; follow up on audit findings.
• Coordinate between outlets, Management and Head Office; track deadlines and action items.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers and records; consolidate outlet data.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with malls, suppliers and external parties as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of new systems and workflows.
• Support marketing activities and coordinate with external partners for brand activations.
