Job summary

SHI SHANG COFFEE (1) PTE. LTD. is seeking a cafe assistant to support daily operations at the Singapore outlet. The role involves assisting at the counter, delivering customer service, and helping maintain a clean, organized shop environment.

Responsibilities include stock handling, receiving and stocking supplies, and assisting supervisors in guiding team members. Weekend and public-holiday work may be required, with overtime as needed to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Relevant working experience in the CoffeeShop/Food Court is an added advantage
• Must be available to work on weekends/public holidays and overtime
