Job summary

Shi Shang Coffee is seeking a friendly cafe team member to assist in daily operations. You will brew coffee, assist at the counter, support customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking ingredients, helping supervisors, performing monthly stock checks, and juggling multiple tasks with a team-oriented attitude. Weekend and holiday shifts plus overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Relevant working experience in CoffeeShop/Food Court is an added advantage
• Must be able to work during weekends/public holidays and overtime if required
