Job summary

Shi Shang Coffee is hiring a customer-focused team member to assist with food and beverage preparation and ensure timely service to customers. You will take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, well-organised stall.

Ideal candidates are approachable, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and prepared to work weekends or public holidays. Previous cafe or food court experience is a plus, and you will be part of a cooperative team focused on quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in cafe/food court preferred.
• Positive and approachable manner required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays; overtime as needed.
