Job summary

SHI SHANG COFFEE (1) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive team member to join a busy coffee shop. You will brew coffee, assist at the counter, support customer service, and help maintain a clean, well-organized shop environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking ingredients, monthly stock checks, guiding fellow staff, and accommodating weekend/public holiday overtime when required. Prior cafe or food court experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a cafe or food court.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and overtime as required.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee and prepare the beverage
• Assist counter
• Assist in customer service duties
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop
• Assist in receiving, stocking, arranging of ingredients and supplies for coffee shop
• Assist supervisor to help out and guide other workers and manage the stalls
• Monthly stock check
• Carry out multiple tasks and be a team player
