Job summary

JOBSTATION SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated individual to assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced setting.

You will provide excellent customer service, support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage staff schedules, monitor food quality and hygiene, and help achieve sales targets while maintaining daily reporting and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Learn and support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assist in managing staff schedules, work assignments, and daily manpower arrangements.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
• Support staff training and maintain good teamwork.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving restaurant performance.
• Learn restaurant management procedures, including cash handling, POS operations, and daily reporting.
• Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management.
