Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a guest-focused supervisor to join our hospitality team. You will escort Guests to seats, assist with setup and ensure smooth operations across stations, while maintaining a warm, service-oriented atmosphere.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a diploma or degree in hospitality, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including holidays. Food safety and leadership training are desirable for growth within the department.

Qualifications

• Meet guests and provide friendly, excellent service.
• Supervise servers to maintain high customer service standards.
• Handle reservations, telephone messages and cashiering when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests by escorting them to their seats.
• Assist staff to perform preparation, table set up and ensure proper handling of operating equipment.
• Assume at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each Guest.
• Handle politely and channel all telephone messages received and handle reservations.
• Direct Guests to their table and scatter Guests evenly at stations.
• Handle and solve any concerns and questions from customers.
• Perform cashiering duties as and when required.
• Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service is provided every time.
• Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving goals and KPIs.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Experience

• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
