Job summary

LUXURY ISLANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional F&B Captain/Server to provide courteous, efficient service in our hotel restaurant, banquet, or lounge areas. You will ensure smooth table service, accurate order handling, and uphold high guest-experience standards in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar, and maintaining dining area hygiene and safety standards throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to seats, present menus.
• Take accurate orders, note allergies and dietary needs.
• Serve courses in proper sequence with brand standards.
• Communicate orders to kitchen and bar via POS or slips.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Process payments per hotel policies.
