Job summary

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of restaurant food service experience. This full-time, non-management role emphasizes upselling beverages and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
• Communicates to superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures.
• Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by alcohol service regulations.
• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely.
