Job summary

EDITION Hotels is seeking a full-time non-management Food & Beverage team member at 38 Cuscaden Road, Singapore. You will serve food and beverages to guests, answer menu questions, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle MICROS transactions while maintaining pristine work areas and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with kitchen regarding specials and timing.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order and ensure payment is processed accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and restocking items; present checks and process payments.
