Job summary

Speedo Marine (PTE) LTD is seeking a sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from quotations to shipping and export documentation. You will respond promptly to inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipping arrangements.

You will use Microsoft Office and SAP to document sales activities and handle export documentation with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or related roles.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in handling shipping documentation.
• Good communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and sales orders to support the sales process.
• Follow up with sales prospects to advance opportunities and close deals.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to achieve high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange and track shipping and export documentation accurately.
• Document sales activities clearly using Microsoft Office tools.
• Apply knowledge of shipping documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in export processes.
