Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support professional to process sales orders, prepare documentation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a diploma in Business Administration, at least two years in sales support or customer service with shipping terms and export docs; knowledge of Letters of Credit is a plus. You will support teamwork and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support / customer service with knowledge of shipping terms and export documentation.
• Letter of Credit knowledge will be a advantage.

Responsibilities

• In charge of preparation and processing of sales order and handling of documentations.
• Responsible ensuring the accuracy in documents and emails as well as preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations.
• In charge of following up on the status of sales orders, payment checks as well as liaison with the relevant departments and organisation.
• Responsible in supporting teamwork and assist with ad-hoc task.
