Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Bedok is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with export/import exposure to manage end-to-end export shipments and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and declare agents, maintain records, and support logistics reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of IMPEX experience, preferably in a direct shipper company.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Customs etc.
• Experience handling shipping documentation and freight coordination.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments and documentation, while supporting occasional import shipments as required.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and certificates, and coordinate with external declaring agents on TradeNet permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs and SFA regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve shipment, customs clearance and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and support logistics reporting.

Job description

***Export experience in Direct Shipper (Not forwarder or 3PL) is highly preferred. Some import experience is good to have but EXPORT is a must as company does mostly export.
***Able to handle full set of shipping documents (Hands-on Training will also be provided in adapt to this role)
***Meticulous to ensure bookings are done accurately and precise

Location: Bedok
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8:00am-6:00pm | Fri: 8:00am-5:00pm
