Job summary

Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand speaks to a new generation of romantics and self-gifters. As Marketing Executive, Events, you will support planning and execution of activations that bring our jewellery collections and brand stories to life.

Working closely with Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive, Events, you will assist in executing brand events, retail activations including boutique events, mall activations, staff sales and PR related events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail activations or related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events and retail activations aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with event timelines, deliverables and logistics for smooth execution.
• Support on-site event management, RSVP lists, guest registration and materials.
