Job summary

Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore (AAMS) is seeking an organised Activations Executive to support planning and execution of awards, conferences and membership events. The role focuses on logistics, systems setup and on-site coordination.

You will work with the Head of Activations to ensure events and judging processes run accurately and efficiently in Singapore. 1+ year experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in events management or project coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work evenings during events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate venue logistics, AV setup, registration counters and on-site Activations.
• Plan and execute AAMS awards, conferences and membership events.
• Manage speaker logistics, including briefing materials and on-site coordination.
• Oversee delegate registration and attendance reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and production partners.
