Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative and user-focused designer to craft engaging experiences across web, mobile, and print platforms.

You will collaborate with project stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and design requirements, and conduct user research to deliver actionable insights. You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while translating research findings into strategic design recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, user-centered thinking, research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Experience in requirement gathering via workshops, interviews, and research.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; strong collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail; ensures designs adhere to system and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business acumen; understands and contributes to business goals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, project management, and front-end development is a plus.
