Job summary

You will craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and SaaS platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex requirements into clear design solutions. The role emphasizes user research, information architecture, prototyping in Figma, and contributing to design systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, platform or workflow-based digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including UX research, user flows, information architecture, prototyping and high-fidelity Figma designs.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and ability to translate complex business, operational and technical requirements into effective user experiences.
• Proficiency in UI/visual design, including typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, workshops and co-design sessions.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, business, engineering and delivery teams throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of design outcomes.
