Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Housing & Relocation Coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end expatriate housing, sourcing, leasing, move-in/out coordination and ongoing upkeep of residences.

You will be the primary contact for landlords, agents and building management, coordinating tenancy, maintenance, and service-related matters while monitoring lease timelines and housing costs. The role supports relocation activities for new hires and also handles day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in expatriate housing, relocation support, facilities, or office administration.
Able to manage multiple accommodation arrangements and vendor coordination independently.
Experience dealing with landlords, property agents, MCST/building management and service providers preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including sourcing, leasing, move-in/out coordination, and ongoing upkeep of residences.
Act as the main point of contact for landlords, agents, and building management to resolve tenancy, maintenance, and service-related matters.
Monitor lease timelines, housing costs, vendor invoices, and ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
Support relocation activities such as temporary accommodation, travel coordination, and settling-in arrangements for new hires.
Handle general office operations including procurement, office upkeep, asset tracking, and coordination of day-to-day administrative activities.
