Science Centre Singapore is seeking a hands-on and operationally driven individual to join our Business Development department to bring world-class travelling exhibitions to life and deliver memorable visitor experiences.

You will own the end-to-end setup process, coordinate with partners, oversee day-to-day operations, and may travel overseas to lead on-site operations, while supporting event and project activities across our commercial portfolio.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in exhibitions, events or technical operations or a STEM degree.
• Strong project management, organisational and communication abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas and to work both independently and with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on with world-class exhibitions: assemble, set up and oversee day-to-day operations of travelling exhibitions.
• Be the engine behind events: coordinate MICE activities from planning to pack-down and ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive projects from concept to completion and support sales/marketing efforts where needed.
• Provide consultancy on ad hoc basis, sharing on-ground experience to shape new opportunities.
