Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Officer to join the Events and Outreach team in Singapore. You will plan and execute a diverse range of STEM events, from competitions to workshops, engaging students, teachers, families, and the public.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination to ensure memorable experiences for attendees. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in science or engineering, strong communication

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in science, engineering, or related STEM disciplines.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Event and project management experience or qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute a diverse portfolio of STEM events.
• Oversee end-to-end event delivery: logistics, venue sourcing, vendor relationships, marketing and on-site coordination.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure high-quality attendee experiences.
