Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking a dynamic Project Officer in the Events and Outreach department to plan and execute a diverse range of STEM events. You will manage logistics, venues, vendors, marketing, and on-site coordination to deliver high-quality experiences for youth, families, teachers, and the public.

The role focuses on developing engaging STEM learning experiences that are inclusive and impactful, with attention to detail and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in science, engineering, or related STEM discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in large-scale event management, budget and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of STEM events.
• Oversee end-to-end event delivery: logistics, venue sourcing, vendors, and marketing.
• Coordinate on-site activities to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Support project deliverables from inception to execution with strong stakeholder communication.
