Job summary

Sirva is seeking an Executive VIP Consultant to serve as the primary contact for EVIP customers throughout their mobility journey. You will manage move programs with a premium, service-led approach and ensure highly coordinated, on-time delivery across regions.

You will work within a global EVIP team, supporting urgent needs beyond standard hours and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Prior VIP experience and strong diplomatic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in international mobility or VIP program management.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with discretion.
• Proven track record delivering premium customer service in complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end relocation management services for EVIP clients.
• Provide policy guidance and tailored consultations to relocating employees.
• Resolve issues quickly with appropriate escalation and proactive communication.
• Act as single point of contact for EVIP moves and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Respond to inquiries on the same business day and within four hours when possible.
• Identify process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Support 24/7/365 coverage with flexibility for after-hours needs.
