Job summary

Pacific International Lines 太平船务 is seeking a Diploma-certified professional to support marine operations. The role involves documentation for project implementations, assisting vessel managers with class surveys, flag changes and ownership updates, and supporting fleet digitization initiatives.

Strong emphasis on data handling, vendor onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Experience with BASSNET is a plus; familiarity with fleet policies and sustainability projects is desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma certification with min 2 years relevant working experience in marine-related operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation works for Project implementation and retrofits.
• Facilitate Vessel Managers with tasks related to Class Survey, Change of flag and Change of ownership etc.
• Assist the PMS Manager with and other Fleet digitization projects where applicable.
• Collating and organizing of Fleet policies and procedures.
• Process transactions (e.g. PO issuance) for sustainability projects.

Job description

• Assist with documentation works for Project implementation and retrofits
• Facilitate Vessel Managers with tasks related to Class Survey, Change of flag and Change of ownership etc
• Close follow up with Vessel Managers, PIL workshop and Vendors for the spares landed for overhaul
• Registration of new vendors into systems
• Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as assigned
• BASSNET support – Understudy and assist the PMS Manager in the implementation of BASSnet and database re-built/maintenance
• Assist the PMS Manager with and other Fleet digitization projects where applicable.
• Fleet Process, Performance and Compliance Department support;
• Collating and organizing of Fleet policies and procedures
• Assist in the review of existing processes and implementation of new processes
• Collating required data/information for the tracking of Fleet performance (e.g. KPIs, efficiency program)
• Process transactions (e.g. PO issuance) for sustainability projects
• Support in implementation and monitoring new local and international regulatory requirements under Technical (ie EU ETS, EEXI, CII etc)
• Support in the implementation and monitoring Fleet and Technical in-house projects (ie Vessel Inventory Management, Flying Repair Squad, Training Master/CE)
