Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak Singapore is seeking an Executive for Talent Acquisition & People Operations to lead end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle support. You will partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding, contracts, and HR data accuracy across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM ecosystems.

The role focuses on talent sourcing, interview coordination, offer processes, onboarding, lifecycle transactions, and HR analytics to improve recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience focusing on Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for executive, professional, and support functions.
• Familiarity with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for executive, professional, commercial and support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners.
