Job summary

Yamazaki Mazak Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, People & Operations to lead end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with business leadership to drive performance, compensation, and organizational culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and HR service excellence. This role reports to the HCM leadership team and shapes workforce capability and growth.

Qualifications

Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related discipline.
Professional HR certifications (IHRP, SHRM, CIPD, AHRI or equivalent) are advantageous.
8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
At least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Manage employee relations and industrial relations, including grievances and investigations.
Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
Drive performance and talent management cycles, coaching, and development.
Govern compensation, benefits, and salary review processes with market benchmarking.
Ensure HR compliance, governance, and risk management.
Foster employee engagement and a strong organizational culture.
Lead the HR Operations team and develop capability across the function.
