B. Braun Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive – Supply Chain Management to join our team in Singapore. You will manage order processing, ensure invoicing accuracy, and coordinate timely deliveries while serving as the main contact for customer enquiries.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain data accuracy and timely deliveries, while supporting lean improvements. A Diploma or Degree in SCM or Logistics with 1–2 years of experience is preferred; SAP SD/MM

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline.
• Min 1–2 years in Supply Chain Management, particularly order management/fulfillment.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with learning mindset encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Sales & Operations plan to cover planning horizon for resources.
• Ensure orders are accurate with timely input in SAP.
• Coordinate deliveries with 3PL partners and handle delivery requests.
• Manage tender orders per customer requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with suppliers on delivery timelines.
• Participate in lean initiatives and process improvements.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedExecutive – Supply Chain Managementto join our Supply Chain Management team where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction by managing order processing, invoicing accuracy, and delivery coordination. You will act as a key contact for customer enquiries, support issue resolution, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient operations, accurate data, and timely deliveries.

Your key responsibilities:

• Maintain a valid, current Sales & Operations plan in support of customer requirement covering a planning horizon adequate to plan resources effectively;
• Assist in ensuring the system is effective and error free.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete, with timely and correct input and updates in SAP.
• Receive customer delivery requests, create delivery orders, and liaise with 3PL partners to arrange deliveries.
• Manage tender orders in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, working closely with internal teams to address queries and resolve issues where necessary.
• Receive, document, and promptly forward product complaints to the designated local responsible person.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines and expected arrival dates.
• Participate in lean initiatives and process improvement activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

What you will bring to the team:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Min 1 – 2 years in Supply Chain Management, particularly possessing order management / fulfillment experience, or related functions.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, including medical devices or pharmaceuticals, will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset and enthusiasm to grow are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of SAP, particularly the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules, is preferred and will be advantageous.
