Job summary

BIOTRONIK in Singapore seeks an experienced logistics professional to manage receiving, storage, and shipment processing. You will handle SAP GR/GI, stock control, and interdepartmental coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in logistics/manufacturing, with SAP and Excel proficiency. Prior medical devices exposure and ISO13485 familiarity are a plus. The role is full-time and on-site in Singapore, with opportunities in a global team.

Qualifications

• NTC/ITE/O/N Level or GCE O/N Level with relevant logistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics/manufacturing for NTC/ITE; 5 years for GCE O/N Level.
• Experience in medical devices is a plus and ISO13485 knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and perform SAP GR.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods; complete SAP GI and invoicing transactions.
• Move pallets with pallet jacks; maintain warehouse cleanliness and storage compliance.
• Replenish stock on the shopfloor; use SAP and Excel for stock updates and simple reports.
• Report shortages, damages, or system issues promptly to Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; perform Goods Receipt (GR) and related SAP transactions
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment; complete SAP delivery, Goods Issue (GI) and invoicing transactions
• Move pallets and materials safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, or MHE
• Support shopfloor material replenishment through Kanban or direct transfer material transfer postings in SAP
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations
• Use SAP and Excel to update stock movements, queries, and simple reports
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to storage requirements
• Follow safety rules, GMP requirements, and proper handling procedures
• Report material shortages, damages, discrepancies, or system issues to Supervisor timely

Your Profile

• NTC/ ITE/ GCE O/N Level
• NTC/ ITE: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment.
• GCE O/N Level: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment.
• Prior working experience in medical devices industry is preferable.
• Familiar with ISO13485 and cGMP is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels.
• Well verse in SAP and Microsoft application such as Excel is preferable.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks.
