Job summary

SP Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead gas distribution pipeline diversion projects in Singapore. You will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with authorities, developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant execution.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 3 years of project management experience, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement gas distribution pipeline diversion projects.
• Prepare specifications for tendering and quotations.
• Manage diversion project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Attend meetings with authorities, developers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review Safe Work Procedures for gas pipeline commissioning works.
• Lead a team of project officers.

Job description

• Prepare and review Safe Work Procedures for gas pipeline commissioning works and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Manage 3rd party works near gas distribution pipelines to prevent damage.
• Lead a team of project officers.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering / related discipline from university recognized by Singapore PE Board.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous.
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team.
