Job summary

SP Group is seeking an Executive Engineer to oversee infrastructure coordination and management, ensuring grid reliability and sustainable energy solutions. You will lead project alignment across agencies and drive space optimisation for underground utilities.

Ideally, you hold a recognizedElectrical/Civil Engineering degree and bring 3–5 years of planning and execution experience, with strong communication and team collaboration skills. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• 3–5 years of planning, designing and project implementation experience in underground utilities space planning and optimisation.
• Experience with utility coordination for underground utilities implementation is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate infrastructure project alignments across government agencies and utility licensees.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders to align utilities space for planning to implementation.
• Guide teams to implement Infrastructure Planning Authority workflows.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate major infrastructure project alignments to enhance the coordination, alignment planning, design and implementation across various government agencies and utility licensees
• Manage the infrastructure implementation coordination with internal and external stakeholders in developing utilities alignment for space optimisation and deconflict regulatory agencies requirement from the planning to implementation phases
• Guide internal stakeholders to implement Infrastructure Planning Authority Workflow into their business functions
• Any other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning, designing and project implementation in area of underground utilities space planning and optimisation
• Experience with utility coordination for underground utilities implementation will be advantageous
• Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
