Job summary

HRNET ONE PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search to lead end-to-end recruitment assignments and act as a trusted talent advisor to clients across professional and leadership roles.

You will source, assess, and interview mid- to senior-level candidates, provide market insights, prepare candidate profiles, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates. 1–2 years of experience preferred in recruitment or advisory roles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, executive search, or client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Commercially aware with a consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments.
• Partner clients to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source, assess, and interview mid- to senior-level candidates.
• Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients.
• Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and reports.
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Support junior consultants where required.
