Responsibilities

• Develop and set up new sources of business and manage client accounts
• Manage full recruitment cycle individually and with the team
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet company objectives
• Monitor recruiting metrics and costs, providing reports to management
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required
