Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using portals, networks, social media, referrals, databases and market research.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability for opportunities.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Prepare job adverts and promote opportunities across recruitment channels.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
