Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Interact with customers via phone, text, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Place and manage online orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Sales and Promotion

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce and promote the company’s brands.
  • Upsell and recommend suitable products from our extensive product range.
  • Promote current campaigns and highlight new product launches.

Quotation and Order Management

  • Provide quotations and issue invoices promptly in response to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Process orders, handle correspondence, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Feedback & Relationship Management

  • Address and resolve customer feedback or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers through personalized service, promotional activities, and direct mailers.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Communicate customer orders and any special requests to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure effective coordination to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
