The role establishes and maintains a governance framework covering initiation, funding, mobilisation, and closure, ensuring clear outcomes, sponsors, and credible plans with appropriate resources and success measures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking/financial services transformation environments.
• Experience leading enterprise Transformation Office or EPMO.
• Credibility presenting to Executive Committees and senior governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of the transformation portfolio with clear outcomes and escalation paths.
• Establish and maintain a portfolio governance framework across initiation, funding, mobilisation, and closure.
• Provide executive visibility into delivery performance, benefits and risks.
