Healthy Edge seeks a hands-on Personal Assistant cum E-Commerce & Content Executive in Singapore. You will support the owner with daily admin, manage schedules, handle online store updates, and create engaging social media content.

The role blends in-person tasks with online activities and may require travel for events and meetings. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and comfortable with photography/video content.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible, proactive and well-organised.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with the business owner.
• Willing to accompany owner for deliveries, events, and trips.
• Experience in Personal Assistant, Administrative, E‑Commerce, Social Media or Content Creation.
• Basic video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business owner with daily administrative and business-related matters.
• Manage schedules, appointments, documents, and other work arrangements.
• Assist the owner in following up on daily business operations and assigned tasks.
• Accompany the owner for deliveries, business meetings, events, and local or overseas business trips.
• Assist with goods collection, deliveries, stock checking, and other business-related errands.
• Coordinate with suppliers, staff, and business partners when required.
• Handle business information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the owner.
