Job summary

Children's Aid Society (Singapore) is seeking an Executive, Partnership & Engagement to build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, donors and community stakeholders. You will drive fundraising initiatives, develop new partnerships, and steward existing supporters to generate sustainable impact for CAL's programmes.

The role requires strong proposal development, excellent communication and solid project coordination across teams.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Social Sciences or related field.
  • Approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, account management or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills with confidence in reaching out to new stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and presentation development.
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to follow-up and detail.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Experience in social service or non-profit sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders.
  • Develop meaningful engagement opportunities that align partner interests with CAL’s programmes and needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and materials to support partnership discussions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, campaigns and appeals.
  • Develop funding proposals and donation asks based on CAL’s needs.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and donors through regular engagement.
  • Support donor acquisition, renewal and re-engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate partner engagements, meetings, site visits and fundraising activities.
  • Manage third-party fundraising initiatives and provide guidance on CAL’s requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams to plan and deliver activities.
  • Maintain accurate partner and donor records in CAL’s CRM.

Executive, Partnership & Engagement
Role Purpose

The Executive, Partnership & Engagement is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with corporate partners, donors and community stakeholders to support Children’s Aid Limited’s fundraising and partnership development efforts.The role develops new partnership and engagement opportunities, stewards existing relationships, and works with partners to generate sustainable support for CAL’s programmes and services through fundraising, donations, programme support and other forms of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership & EngagementIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities with corporates, foundations, donors and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct outreach and build relationships with prospective partners.
  • Develop meaningful engagement opportunities that align partner interests with CAL’s programmes and needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and materials to support partnership discussions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities.
2. Fundraising & Donor Stewardship
  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, campaigns and appeals.
  • Develop funding proposals and donation asks based on CAL’s organisational and programme needs.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and donors through regular engagement and stewardship.
  • Support donor acquisition, renewal and re-engagement efforts.
  • Work towards agreed individual and team fundraising targets.
3. Partnership & Fundraising Coordination
  • Coordinate partner engagements, meetings, site visits, fundraising activities and other collaborative initiatives.
  • Manage and support third-party fundraising initiatives by corporates, community groups and individuals, including providing guidance on CAL’s requirements and approved materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership and fundraising activities are appropriately planned and delivered.
  • Ensure partner and fundraiser commitments, agreed deliverables and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
4. Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and donor records in CAL’s CRM.
  • Track partnership and fundraising opportunities, proposals, donations, pledges and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare regular pipeline, fundraising and partnership updates and reports.
  • Ensure donation documentation, acknowledgements and relevant internal records are completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
