• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with donors, partners and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with donors, sponsors and corporate partners.
• Develop, coordinate and execute effective fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Proactively engage potential donors, sponsors and corporate partners to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare compelling sponsorship proposals, funding applications and partnership materials.
• Confidently present fundraising ideas, proposals and opportunities to potential supporters.
• Support online fundraising activities, digital campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Effectively manage donor relationships, events, timelines, follow-ups and fundraising activities.
• Work towards fundraising targets, KPIs and organisational goals.
• Demonstrate honesty, transparency and responsibility when managing donor relationships and funds.
• Generate innovative fundraising ideas and identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with management and other departments to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, event planning or non-profit communications.
• Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
• Resourceful, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in engaging donors and supporting meaningful causes.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
