Job Purpose
We are seeking driven and people-orientedPartnerSales Executiveto grow our Taxi fleet by onboarding new driver-partners into our Taxi leasing programmes.The role focuses on Taxi driver-partneracquisition, sales conversion, and relationship building,supportingthe end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of drivers for the vehiclefleet, with a focus on Taxis.
This role is responsible for daily sales operations, partner engagement, customer service, and ensuring a high hired-out rate of vehicles, with a focus on Taxis.
Responsibilities
PartnerAcquisition& Sales
- Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk-ins, leads, referrals,outreach activitiesand ground engagement
- Understand driver needs and recommend suitable vehicle or leasing solutions
- Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers
- Follow up promptly on sales leadsandconvert enquiries into confirmed hirers through effective sales engagement
- Manage sales leads through CRM or internal systemsandmaintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates
- Achieve monthlyindividualacquisition,conversionKPIs
Customer Engagement& Onboarding Support
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective drivers
- Own the driver journey from first enquiry to successful onboarding,act as primary contact during the first 1monthof driver's tenure
- Address enquiries relating to rental terms, payment cycles, and operational policies
- Resolveanyfeedback and complaintswith a strong service first approach
- Guide drivers through documentation, system setup, and vehicle collection
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth vehicle collection
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
MarketInsights &Feedback
- Gather and provide feedback on driver concerns, market conditions, and competitor offerings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for driver acquisition campaigns, sales processes, and customer experience
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare and presentsalesperformance reports,forecastsand pipeline updates
- Maintain proper documentation fordriver-partnerapplications and onboarding files
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma or other equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in mobility/automotive/Taxi industry).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable engaging frontline driver community
- Sales-driven with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Minimum 1 year of safe driving experience (possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license)
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
