Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore West seeks a dynamic, organized Executive to support outreach, student engagement, alumni relations, events and communications in a higher education setting. You will work with faculty and stakeholders across programmes, scholarships and student features.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing alumni activities and digital content, and maintaining websites and social channels. Contract runs 8 months (Sept 2026–May 2027).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5+ years in community engagement, PR, partnerships, marketing, customer success, events or alumni relations.
• Experience in higher education is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong event and project coordination abilities.
• Social media savvy with content creation/editing tools.
• Familiar with CMS and social media management tools.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach, student engagement and alumni initiatives.
• Plan and execute departmental events, including programme planning, publicity, registration, catering, logistics and on-site support.
• Work with faculty on programmes, scholarships, awards and student/alumni features.
• Support student societies and student-led programmes, including budgeting and engagement activities.
• Organise undergraduate and postgraduate student development initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate alumni engagement activities, networking events and communications.
• Manage webpages, alumni databases and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Create publicity materials and identify student/alumni stories for promotional purposes.
• Support reporting, data management and other departmental initiatives.
