Job summary

EDB's Global Ventures team is seeking an Executive Officer to handle the team's admin and research needs. You will support senior members by preparing materials, maintaining records, and monitoring submissions, while coordinating meetings and travel for the group.

This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with English and Mandarin proficiency, 3+ years' experience, and a willingness to engage with founders and investors in a government-backed venture environment.

Qualifications

• Academic or professional training in Business Administration/Event Management/Communications/Risk Management preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel and Internet-savvy
• A team player, with proactive/can-do approach and attitude
• Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of delivery
• Adaptable, receptive to uncertainty and change
• A good command of English and Mandarin is required for this role
• Prior experience in coordinating logistics and schedules for senior management
• Singaporean and Singapore PRs

Responsibilities

• Admin support & research for senior Global Ventures team, including data collection and assessments
• Prepare due diligence materials and meeting assets
• Monitor document submissions and ensure governance alignment
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events for the team
• Develop sales enablement materials to support founder engagement
• Assist with Business Continuity Plan efforts when needed
